Fair-use policy

Access includes up to 1,000,000 cumulative requests per account, subject to the rate limits and counting rules below. This is not a monthly or annual allowance.

Cumulative account ceiling

Each account may make up to 1,000,000 admitted lookup or search requests. This prospective cumulative ceiling is shared by every key on the account and entitled account-session lookup. It does not reset when a key is rotated or revoked, annual access is renewed, a trial converts to annual access, or the service restarts. For accounts already present at rollout, counting starts at rollout; incomplete historical totals are not added.

What counts?

A request counts after its input syntax is accepted and an active data snapshot is confirmed. Found and not-found results count, as do failures after admission. Invalid syntax and requests rejected before an active snapshot is available do not count. The shared account rate limit is 60 requests per minute.

Public demo

Unauthenticated public lookups have shared abuse-protection limits: 300 requests globally per minute, 30 requests per IP address per day, and 10 requests per IP address per hour. These public-demo limits do not apply to entitled API integrations using a valid key or account session.

When an account reaches its cumulative ceiling, further API requests are rejected. Contact support@saudicrpro.com for assistance. The SAR 99 annual price does not remove this ceiling. Online payment is not enabled.
