The service and its operator
Saudi CR Pro is part of Morouna Business Services Company. It provides lookups of Saudi CR and unified national numbers using official published Ministry of Commerce records. The service is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a government body.
Published records and source attribution
Results reflect the imported Ministry release and its stated period. Retain the source and period when using results; do not present them as a current official status check or certified extract. For further company information, current official status or a certified extract, use the Ministry inquiry service. A missing result does not mean a business is inactive. Records do not establish VAT status, creditworthiness or KYC compliance.
Permitted use
Use the lookup tools and server-side API for lawful business workflows within the documented access limits. Do not bulk-extract or resell records, share keys publicly, bypass safeguards, misrepresent the source, imply government endorsement, or use data for unlawful, discriminatory or political purposes contrary to the publisher’s conditions. API access is not a grant of ownership or unrestricted redistribution rights in Ministry data. The exact quarterly resource licence and commercial API scope remain subject to confirmation before external launch.
Accounts and API keys
Provide accurate account details and keep login credentials and API keys secret. Email verification and active trial or annual access are required for authenticated API use. Each account may have at most two active keys. A full key is available only when issued; we store its hash and identifying metadata, not a recoverable secret. Delete a compromised or lost key and generate a replacement. Deletion invalidates that key but does not erase usage or security records.
Trial and annual access
New accounts receive a 60-day trial starting at registration, with email verification required to use it. The limited-time annual offer is SAR 99 per year, including VAT; no offer end date has been set. Online checkout and automatic subscription activation are not enabled. Annual access can be granted manually by the Morouna team. No automatic renewal or recurring payment is established by this website.
Pricing and tax disclosure
The limited-time price is SAR 99 per year, including VAT. The fee covers the lookup service, API, account tools and support, rather than ownership of the public dataset. Online payments remain unavailable. The payable total, applicable tax breakdown and service period must be disclosed before any future purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
There is no online cancellation or refund workflow and no recurring billing to cancel on this website. Contact support to request closure or discuss manually granted access. Closure and personal-data deletion are separate requests. A paid-access cancellation and refund policy must be approved and shown before payments are accepted. This draft does not impose a non-refundable rule or remove any mandatory statutory rights.
Fair-use limits
Access includes up to 1,000,000 admitted lookup and search requests per account under a prospective cumulative ceiling, shared across all keys and entitled account sessions, and a shared rate limit of 60 requests per minute. This is not a monthly or annual allowance. Deleting keys, renewing access or moving from trial to annual access does not reset it. Published records can contain errors or become outdated. Use appropriate independent checks before decisions affecting legal rights, credit, tax or compliance. Release imports and service availability depend on third-party sources and infrastructure; no uptime SLA or guaranteed publication schedule is offered. These limitations do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Suspension, changes and support
Access may be restricted for abuse, compromised credentials or legal requirements. Contact support to raise an access issue. Material commercial changes must be disclosed before a future purchase; this draft does not authorize undisclosed retroactive charges. Governing-law, dispute and contracting-entity wording remain for owner and qualified Saudi legal review.
