Published records with a clear reporting period
The registry uses official published Ministry of Commerce records. Each activated release has a stated period. Publication and activation dates are different from the period covered by the records; check the report provenance rather than assuming the data describes today.
The lookup API uses the active release. Published quarterly insight reports retain their own period and reviewed aggregates, so historical reports can be read without changing the active lookup source.
Interpret quarter-on-quarter changes carefully
A change in the number of published usable CR records is not the number of new companies or new registrations. Record coverage, corrections and records leaving the source may also affect the difference. A comparison appears only when the reports meet the published comparison checks.
A missing comparison is unavailable information, not zero growth. Read the report methodology and coverage notes before using a percentage in a presentation or business decision.
Use legal-form and capital breakdowns responsibly
Reviewed reports may show regional counts, legal forms and registered-capital bands where the source fields pass validation. Check each measure’s coverage: an unavailable field must not be treated as zero.
Registered capital is a recorded business attribute, not revenue, a valuation or newly injected investment. Counts describe CR records, not necessarily unique companies or owners. Keep these definitions with any figures you share.
